    I’ve several close friends in Denver who I want to remotely compel into going to see you. But I can’t find any more information about your events there–what are the whats and wheres?

    Your work, especially on statistical significance, helped lead to the complete collapse of my economics honors thesis project, where I rebelled against the practice of ritually torturing data until it confessed smaller p-values. It was a joyful and liberating academic collapse, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

    I’m sorry I didn’t see this until after my visit! Apologies.

    My own senior thesis project was a similar case. It taight me how NOT to do research. That, though, is very useful lesson!
